Sorry for just disappearing on you guys, but I had a bit of a family emergency. My dad died rather suddenly and I have been home with my mother and sister trying to deal with the loss. Which has not been easy...

While I am back in Bangkok now, don't expect any reports on partying and going out. I don't think I'll be feeling like that for a while.

The girls have been great comfort though. They were really supportive and helpful. Especially talking to Daeng, who lost her father just over a year ago, has helped a lot.

I'd better get back to work now. Lots of catching up to do.
