Went along OK until....a few days ago and my account got locked...said I must provide a government ID to prove I am who I say I am....hmmmm Not a fan of posting or freely giving out personal info so went another route...we will see... (excepting a few fake accounts to accomodate the needs of other internet travelling). And whilst it's harmless for most, I prefer that Zuckerberg doesn't have my info, I give my info freely where required and not at all, where it's not. cavanami Posted February 28, 2017 Author Report Share Posted February 28, 2017 Possible a hi jack attempt. I read that FB has bots crawling around looking at fake names and what not. Then there is the threat from the government...who knows, all I know is that my account is blocked until I present IDs that FB will accept. Also, if someone gets biffed to you, they can send a nastygram to FB and your account gets blocked and FB refuses to inform you of who ratted you out.... I'll take a break from FB...
