Sometimes they'll purloin a photo ID and write the address as well, so the Police don't have to waste time, working it out... Ah, you sound a bit skeptical. No need to worry in this case - they actually found semen on the bombs proven to be the suspects by the forensics lab, so this one's a no-brainer...
